For the first time, Underwater Sunshine Festival is proud to announce its presenting partner, Musician Treatment Foundation (MTF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides eligible professional musicians with free orthopedic care for injuries to the shoulders, elbows, and hands. With an esteemed Board of Directors including Elvis Costello, Diana Krall, Rosanne Cash, John Leventhal, and Adam Duritz, MTF has provided care valued at over $3.5 million to injured musicians through its international Physicians for Musicians network of orthopedic specialists. MTF has long supported the festival and is honored to join as a presenting partner this year. Several of its beneficiaries have performed at past festivals, and its beneficiary Somebody Someone will open this year’s festival. VIP sponsors for Underwater Sunshine Festival include Atlantic Music Group, Whiskey Thief Distillery, and David Yurman. “The Underwater Sunshine Festival has always been about celebrating artistry and building community through music,” said Adam Duritz. “Partnering with the Musician Treatment Foundation this year lets us extend that spirit of support to the musicians themselves.”

This year’s festival features an eclectic mix of stand-out artists, including:
• Fantastic Cat
• Nakia & The Never Not Now
• Gina Chavez
• Grace Serene
• David Wimbish & The Collection
• Diego Molina
• Grace Bergere
• Somebody Someone

On Saturday night, fans will also enjoy The Underwater Prince Hour, a special panel featuring Adam Duritz, James Campion, and Rolling Stone’s Rob Sheffield, celebrating Campion’s new book Revolution: Prince, the Band, the Era. Saturday’s program will also include an acoustic set by Fantastic Cat.
